For a combined print-and-cut job, we review the artwork, contour path and device communication as separate stages. A successful software launch does not establish accurate color or contour alignment. Prepare a small sample file so the agreed setup can be checked before committing expensive media to a production run.

How the session works

1. Review: confirm the licensed version, device and intended result.
2. Set up: install the agreed software and assist with publisher-supported activation where eligible.
3. Check: open a sample and review the specific connection or file workflow agreed in advance.
4. Handover: explain the outcome and any remaining production, hardware or training requirements.

Remote access is arranged with your consent for the session. Keep a copy of important projects and settings before changing an existing workstation.

A specifically confirmed eligible offer includes Download + Installation + Lifetime Activation Key + Ongoing Technical Support After Purchase. The key is tied to the original device and cannot be transferred. No free updates are included in the Loxemb package.
