Digital Factory Installation & Setup

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Digital Factory installation & setup

Digital Factory is a production RIP family with editions for different specialty-print workflows. DTF, UV, sublimation, apparel and print-and-cut requests need their own equipment and queue checks. The current publisher range should not be assumed to describe every feature of an older v11 license.

Version focus: Digital Factory v11; exact edition and build required.

Before installation

  • Exact edition and build
  • Full printer model and controller
  • Ink channels and media
  • Existing queues and profiles

What we agree first

Send the program version, computer details and the task you need completed. We confirm compatibility, the installer source and the service scope before payment. Keep activation keys and account passwords out of the initial enquiry.

Your Digital Factory workflow

Queue configuration is central to this service. We identify the intended output process before selecting a printer configuration, then agree a sample-file test. Preserve existing working queues and profiles when planning a reinstall. A new installer or profile should never be assumed to match a different printer simply because the brand is the same.

Digital Factory v11 editions

Each named edition below is covered in this guide. Edition availability and capabilities must be confirmed against the actual license and printer; current publisher features are not automatically features of v11.

Digital Factory v11 DTF

White-ink and film workflow

Confirm the exact DTF printer, channel arrangement, film and queue. Use a small sample with both solid areas and transparent edges to identify what needs checking. Curing and transfer settings are physical production steps outside basic software installation.

Digital Factory v11 Sublimation

Transfer-media workflow

Identify the sublimation printer, ink and transfer media. State the intended final substrate and whether artwork must be mirrored. A software preview is not a test of the finished transferred color; production evaluation remains necessary.

Digital Factory v11 UV

UV print workflow

Provide the complete UV printer/controller configuration and the intended ink channels. Clarify whether the job requires white or other specialty layers. Software setup does not validate curing, adhesion or the suitability of a substrate.

Printer-to-cutter workflow

List both devices and the registration-mark method. Provide a small file with a defined contour so scale, marks and the handoff can be checked separately from physical cutter calibration.

Digital Factory v11 Apparel Brother

Brother apparel workflow

Provide the full Brother model, the edition shown in the program and your existing queue. Do not select a device based on brand alone. Describe the garment workflow and whether the issue occurs during job preparation or output.

Digital Factory v11 OKI Pro

OKI transfer workflow

Send the exact OKI printer model and licensed edition. Explain the transfer-paper process and the required artwork handling. Paper, toner and transfer-process validation remain separate from installation.

Digital Factory v11 Apparel Ricoh

Ricoh apparel workflow

Identify the exact Ricoh printer and configuration, then describe the job and queue. We review the correct installation path before changing production settings. A printer brand does not by itself establish driver or edition compatibility.

Digital Factory v11 Apparel Production

Production queue workflow

List all intended devices and explain how jobs should move through production. Confirm licensed device capacity and existing queues. Multi-device deployment, automation and workflow changes need an explicit scope.

Digital Factory v11 Apparel Epson

Epson apparel workflow

Provide the complete Epson model, edition and ink configuration. Distinguish a manufacturer-supported apparel printer from a conversion. We check the intended queue and sample workflow before treating the installation as ready for production.

How the session works

  1. Review: confirm the licensed version, device and intended result.
  2. Set up: install the agreed software and assist with publisher-supported activation where eligible.
  3. Check: open a sample and review the specific connection or file workflow agreed in advance.
  4. Handover: explain the outcome and any remaining production, hardware or training requirements.

Remote access is arranged with your consent for the session. Keep a copy of important projects and settings before changing an existing workstation.

Questions about Digital Factory

Does one Digital Factory license cover all editions?

Do not assume so. We check the edition, licensed devices and required workflow individually.

What if I already own the software?

Tell us the licensed version and the installation or configuration problem. We confirm whether the requested work is available and what the written quote includes before you book.

What support follows the session?

Eligible purchases include ongoing technical support for the agreed setup. A new operating system, device, major upgrade or new production workflow may need a separate assessment; continuous availability or future compatibility is not promised.
