ACRORIP installation & setup
ACRORIP version and edition determine which printer configurations can be considered. The publisher distinguishes desktopDTF and wideDTF within version 11. A version 10 installation is not automatically eligible to become version 11.
Version focus: 10.5 and 11.2 enquiries; desktopDTF or wideDTF must be identified.

What we agree first
Send the program version, computer details and the task you need completed. We confirm compatibility, the installer source and the service scope before payment. Keep activation keys and account passwords out of the initial enquiry.
Your ACRORIP workflow
For a DTF request, describe the current output problem and provide the printer configuration before changing ink-channel settings. We can agree installation and a sample-job review, but printer mechanics, ink flow, curing and transfer results require their own checks. An operating RIP cannot guarantee a successful physical transfer on every material.
How the session works
- Review: confirm the licensed version, device and intended result.
- Set up: install the agreed software and assist with publisher-supported activation where eligible.
- Check: open a sample and review the specific connection or file workflow agreed in advance.
- Handover: explain the outcome and any remaining production, hardware or training requirements.
Remote access is arranged with your consent for the session. Keep a copy of important projects and settings before changing an existing workstation.

Does a matching Epson engine guarantee support?
The complete supported configuration and ACRORIP edition must be checked. An engine name by itself is insufficient.
What if I already own the software?
Tell us the licensed version and the installation or configuration problem. We confirm whether the requested work is available and what the written quote includes before you book.
What support follows the session?
Eligible purchases include ongoing technical support for the agreed setup. A new operating system, device, major upgrade or new production workflow may need a separate assessment; continuous availability or future compatibility is not promised.
