Describe whether you need to create a design, revise existing artwork or export a machine-ready file. These are different checks from installation itself. We agree which functions to demonstrate using a sample you provide, and confirm the export destination without assuming that every tool or font is included in every edition.

How the session works

1. Review: confirm the licensed version, device and intended result.
2. Set up: install the agreed software and assist with publisher-supported activation where eligible.
3. Check: open a sample and review the specific connection or file workflow agreed in advance.
4. Handover: explain the outcome and any remaining production, hardware or training requirements.

Remote access is arranged with your consent for the session. Keep a copy of important projects and settings before changing an existing workstation.

A specifically confirmed eligible offer includes Download + Installation + Lifetime Activation Key + Ongoing Technical Support After Purchase. The key is tied to the original device and cannot be transferred. No free updates are included in the Loxemb package.

Questions about Chroma Luxe

Does an older version reference guarantee current Luxe access?

No. The account entitlement and edition must be confirmed separately from the version name in a listing.

What if I already own the software?

Tell us the licensed version and the installation or configuration problem. We confirm whether the requested work is available and what the written quote includes before you book.

What support follows the session?

Eligible purchases include ongoing technical support for the agreed setup. A new operating system, device, major upgrade or new production workflow may need a separate assessment; continuous availability or future compatibility is not promised.
