Tajima DG by Pulse is an embroidery digitizing family. The publisher maintains separate DG16 and DG17 downloads, so the correct installer depends on the version you are entitled to use. A new release is not automatically the right choice for an established production workstation.

Your Tajima DG/ML by Pulse workflow
For a DG16 reinstall, keep the original design files and machine settings available. We first separate a problem opening the application from a problem sending a design to the machine. The handover should include opening a known design, checking its dimensions and confirming the agreed export or connection route.
How the session works
