Melco DesignShop is digitizing software for creating and editing embroidery designs. It is distinct from the operating software that controls a Melco embroidery machine. A workstation can therefore need two separate checks: design-file handling and machine communication.

Your Melco DesignShop workflow
When moving an established DesignShop workflow, record the level and exact build before selecting the installer. Preserve customer artwork and custom resources outside the installation task. We can agree a sample-design opening and export test, while machine output is checked separately against the installed controller software.
How the session works
- Review: confirm the licensed version, device and intended result.
- Set up: install the agreed software and assist with publisher-supported activation where eligible.
- Check: open a sample and review the specific connection or file workflow agreed in advance.
- Handover: explain the outcome and any remaining production, hardware or training requirements.
Remote access is arranged with your consent for the session. Keep a copy of important projects and settings before changing an existing workstation.
