SignMaster is a design and cutting application for lettering, decals, signs and vehicle graphics. The PRO edition combines text and curve tools with bitmap tracing, image editing and a contour-cutting workflow. Your edition and cutter model determine which functions are available.

Vinyl lettering
Prepare text and shapes, check their physical size and confirm the intended cut path before using your material.
Printed stickers
Contour work needs compatible registration-mark hardware and the correct workflow. Send your cutter model before booking.
Artwork preparation
Raster artwork usually needs tracing before cutting. We check the file you want to use and identify the setup you need.
SignMaster V3.5 and V5
Tell us the exact version and level shown in your software or order. V3.5 PRO and V5 are different releases; we do not assume an older licence includes an upgrade. An installation request does not automatically change your edition.
Computer and cutter compatibility
The publisher’s current PRO page lists a quad-core processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free storage and 2 GB graphics memory as its minimum configuration. It lists Windows 8.1, 10 and 11; these historical compatibility entries are not a recommendation to use an unsupported operating system. Confirm your exact release and driver support before installation.
- Send your Windows version and whether it is 64-bit.
- Provide the cutter brand, full model and USB or network connection.
- For contour cutting, identify the mark-reading system and include a sample job.
- Tell us whether this is a first installation, a reinstall or a connection problem.
What Loxemb helps you set up
We review the installation source, software version and computer details, agree the scope, then arrange a guided or remote session. Depending on the confirmed job, the work can include installation, cutter selection, connection settings and an initial test using your equipment. You remain in control of the session and approve remote access.
Software licensing, printer consumables and physical machine repair are separate questions to confirm before payment. A successful software launch alone is not a complete cutting test: keep the cutter connected and suitable test material ready.
Packages and ongoing support
Published package rates are $50 for one device, $80 total for two devices, or $35 per device for three or more. We confirm whether your requested program, version and scope qualify before payment. Eligible offers include download, installation, a lifetime activation key and ongoing technical support after purchase. An included device-bound key stays with its original device, and free updates are not included. Publisher-specific licence terms must match the confirmed offer.
Will any vinyl cutter work?
No universal compatibility is promised. We check your full model against the publisher’s supported-device information before scheduling the job.
Can you help with an existing installation?
Yes. Describe the error and when it occurs. Connection problems, file preparation and installation failures require different checks; the scope is agreed after reviewing your details.
Does setup include learning to design?
Initial setup and the agreed test are distinct from a full design course. Tell us if you need workflow guidance so it can be included in the agreed scope.
