Embrilliance installation & setup
Embrilliance Essentials, Enthusiast and StitchArtist run within the Embrilliance Platform but serve different needs. StitchArtist is the design-creation product offered in levels. An enquiry labelled Essentials Level 3 needs clarification: it combines names that should not be treated as one confirmed package.
Version focus: Essentials, Enthusiast and StitchArtist Level 3 are distinct products.

What we agree first
Send the program version, computer details and the task you need completed. We confirm compatibility, the installer source and the service scope before payment. Keep activation keys and account passwords out of the initial enquiry.
Your Embrilliance workflow
Tell us whether your goal is customizing existing embroidery or creating stitch designs from artwork. We match that task to the installed products before installation. A platform installer alone does not unlock all products. Use a sample design or drawing during handover to check the specific editing, creation and export tasks agreed for your setup.
How the session works
- Review: confirm the licensed version, device and intended result.
- Set up: install the agreed software and assist with publisher-supported activation where eligible.
- Check: open a sample and review the specific connection or file workflow agreed in advance.
- Handover: explain the outcome and any remaining production, hardware or training requirements.
Remote access is arranged with your consent for the session. Keep a copy of important projects and settings before changing an existing workstation.

A specifically confirmed eligible offer includes Download + Installation + Lifetime Activation Key + Ongoing Technical Support After Purchase. The key is tied to the original device and cannot be transferred. No free updates are included in the Loxemb package.

Subscription terms, machine-bundled entitlements and separate modules retain their own conditions. Any update rights granted directly by the publisher remain governed by that publisher.

The publisher describes them as separate products. They can work within the same platform when the corresponding entitlements are present.
What if I already own the software?

What support follows the session?
Eligible purchases include ongoing technical support for the agreed setup. A new operating system, device, major upgrade or new production workflow may need a separate assessment; continuous availability or future compatibility is not promised.
